Kodak No.3 Folding Pocket Kodak,
Model C-3
Within the popular Folding Pocket Kodak line of cameras, the #3 probably came with the most
numerous model designations and manufacturing variations. The camera in the illustration is just a
representative sample of a later red bellows version of the #3 with a particularly handsome B&L
Automatic shutter. These cameras took 3¼x4¼ negatives on type 118 roll film. The 3¼x4¼
photograph was the same size as the traditional 'lantern slide' plate that had already been popular for
several decades when these cameras were introduced in 1900.
